The apartment features a bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed and a living room with a sofa bed (140×200 cm), suitable for up to 4 guests. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and fast WiFi, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment includes two balconies, offering both street-facing and inner courtyard views. Located on Balkan Street, within walking distance of the Central Market, metro station, restaurants, and main city attractions. Suitable for both short and longer stays.

Peace & Quiet: To ensure a premium experience for all our guests, parties, loud events, and commercial gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Strictly Non-Smoking: For the health and comfort of everyone, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted out on the balconies. Self Check-In: Enjoy the flexibility of our automated smart-lock system. You will receive your personal access codes and instructions via message prior to your arrival.
